Advocacy to Legacy works with youth preparing them to become future leaders of their communities.  Each year students choose a project to work on and Advocacy to Legacy, Inc. supports them through the process with personalized and in-depth training and education.

Since 1978, Charter Oak Health Center, Inc., a federally qualified, freestanding, Joint Commission-accredited, nonprofit community health center – has continuously provided community-based primary health care to residents in the greater Hartford area.

Hartford’s Division for Youth Services works with community partners to expand opportunities for youth ages 9–25, supporting academic success, workforce development, and positive pathways while disrupting the youth justice pipeline.

The City of Hartford Registrar of Voters provides election and voting information while working to increase voter registration and participation. The office maintains voter records, conducts elections, primaries, and referendums, and works to uphold the integrity of the electoral process.
